The item must be returned to BigLeagueStore.com in its original undamaged packaging and in perfect condition. All return shipping cost shall be paid for by the customer. A full refund shall be made on all regular merchandise provided the item is returned within 15 days of receipt date. The receipt date will be listed on the customer's UPS tracking report. BigLeagueStore.com and its distributors disclaim any defects from shipping. Shipping and handling cost will not be refunded.
